What conspiracy?

Who would ever think that I would lose my membership in the elite group of conspiracy theorists, merely by a few spoken words, or by the images on our TV screen, which shattered the fog whch surrounded what I thought I was special information in a haze of mystery and intrigue, privy to only a few, but now it has been shattered everyone knows.
